Tees, Makeup Bags, and Mugs take 3-5 business days to process before being shipped, (4-9 during the holidays). Cards, wine labels, candles pencils are shipped in 1-3 business days. Some tees are available for rush processing for $2. Please contact us.
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. First Class Mail usually arrives within 1-3 business days.
Priority Mail takes 1-2 business days.
If you would like something shipped via UPS or FEDEX please contact us.
USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Crimson and Clover CANNOT guarantee delivery times. Though packages usually arrive much sooner, please leave up to 3 weeks for domestic delivery and 5 weeks for international.

You will receive tracking info once your item is shipped. Crimson and Clover DOES NOT have control over USPS or USPS tracking.
Please track your package. This info is provided by the US Government Postal Service so cannot provide additional info.
After tracking your package, if you still think your package is lost please email us via the contact page (politely) with name and order number. Things that will not work: cursing the gods, shouting angrily, or an email that says where's my package??!
We will happily provide a replacement or refund.
Non US Customers
Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.
