Shipping & Returns


Flat rate shipping $5 under $50. Over $50 shipping is free.

Tees take 3-5 business days to process before being shipped. 

All other items ship within 1-2 business days.

USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Crimson and Clover CANNOT guarantee delivery times. Though packages usually arrive much sooner, please leave up to 3 weeks for domestic delivery and 5 weeks for international.

Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.

You will receive tracking info once your item is shipped. Crimson and Clover DOES NOT have control over USPS or USPS tracking.

You may be eligible for reimbursement via insurance if your package is lost. Please wait ​three weeks before contacting.

Please keep in mind, sometimes USPS does not update tracking even as your item is in transit.

All customers all have tracking info and are able to track themselves. Sometimes USPS doesn't not update the tracking, even as your package is in transit. So if your tracking hasn't updated, please rest assured your item has been shipped. If it doesn't arrive within 3 weeks, you can ask for a refund.

We want you to be happy with your items! Please contact for return authorization. 

We will cover the cost of re-shipping:

-If your order arrived damaged.
-If an item was received in error.
-If your package was lost or delivered to the wrong address.

We ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping:

-If you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above.
-If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item in it's original condition.
