The only tracking information that I have received... tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I placed my order. The messages on the website seems condescending. We’re aware that it’s the holidays, we’re aware that usps is experiencing unprecedented shipping during this time. I don’t want to send you an email. Only to be told the same information in the same condescending tone as the website. I don’t want to cancel my order. I just want the 2 cards that I purchased. Emails are cold and impersonal much like the message on your website. Why isn’t there a customer service number? When you “click here” if you haven’t received your purchase it just takes you in a loop... Condescending message, email us for a refund, only get a refund if package hasn’t been delivered. I don’t want a refund I want my package. The messages in the loop seem sketchy and like you are trying to politely bully customers.... Why am I even getting an email to review a product I haven’t received yet. I haven’t contacted you yet even though the website say “If you haven’t received your order in 2 weeks contact us” because I don’t want to cancel. I want what I ordered... I want to give it 4 weeks due to the message on the website. My tracking information says only a label has been created... This does NOT indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date!!
