If you received a broken/damaged/incorrect item you will need to submit a photo upon request.
Please keep in mind that all of our policies regarding shipping times, shipping insurance, address changes, etc are all listed at checkout and/or in our FAQ. Buyers are responsible for reading and understanding prior to checkout.
If you opted out of shipping insurance, as stated at checkout we are unable to offer a refund for lost, damaged, or delivered but missing packages. Please contact the carrier.
Can't find the stickers you ordered? They are packaged with the card in the cellophane in the back. Just flip your card over. They're right there.
For returns and insurance claims, you DO NOT need to contact us. Please see the previous page for info.
If you made a mistake on your order we are happy to fix it. Please note our website is powered by Shopify and does not arbitrarily change orders, change addresses, add things to your cart, or add insurance. We only ship what is ordered to the address entered.
