If you have a question about a specific order you have already placed on our site, need to change a shipping address, please read the FAQ page and the Shipping page before contacting. 

This contact form is only for purchases made on this website. If you purchased one of our items on a different website, you will have to contact via those channels. 

-----If you ordered apparel or jewelry please note per our product descriptions apparel and jewelry ship separately. 
-----If you received notice that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, your package is lost, or is still in transit please file a claim with Insurify if you purchased it. You can do so here. Please note we cannot reimbursed for lost packages. It's all Insurify, baby! Didn't get Insurify? That's a bummer, but we still CANNOT help. Our customer service reps will direct you to Insurify. 

--If you tracked your package and it has not left our warehouse / made it to the carrier it is lost. In this case we CAN reimburse you. Please check your tracking and click here to read our FAQ. 
-----If your package is still in pre-shipment after 5 days, meaning the carrier does not have the package yet please let us know.
