Items ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. *Due to Covid-19, all apparel will take up to 6 weeks before shipping*

First Class Mail usually arrives within 1-3 business days.​ ​

Priority Mail usually takes 1-2 business days.

UPS Ground takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

USPS/UPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Crimson and Clover CANNOT guarantee delivery times. Though packages usually arrive much sooner, please leave up to 3 weeks for domestic delivery and 5 weeks for international.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking info once your item is shipped. Crimson and Clover DOES NOT have control over USPS or USPS tracking. 

LOST PACKAGES

Please track your package. This info is provided by the US Government Postal Service so we cannot provide additional info. 

After tracking your package, if you still think your package is lost please email us via the contact page (politely) with name and order number. Things that will not work: cursing the gods, shouting angrily, or an email that says where's my package??!

We will happily provide a replacement or refund. 

NON US CUSTOMERS

Please note the buyer (that's you) is responsible for paying any taxes upon arrival in their home country. Any packages that are sent back because the buyer refused to pay taxes will not be refunded.
