Perhaps the only thing more shocking than snow in May: A surprise celebrity wedding.
One of our favorite celebs, Parks and Recreation actor Aubrey Plaza, revealed she married long-time boyfriend Jeff Baena in an Instagram post. No big deal.
She casually dropped that the two were married as she called the director her “husband.”
“So proud of my darling husband @jeffbaena for dreaming up another film that takes us to italia to cause some more trouble,” Plaza wrote as she shared a picture of them together.
Cue the tears. If you’re also overwhelmed at how precious and sweet this surprise revelation is, we’ve got a few things to help you cope.
1. A journal to write out your feelings
Don’t keep all your emotions bottled up. Write out all your feelings – and dream about your own wedding with your crush – in this journal.
You’ll feel better if you write that shit down. We promise.
2. A romantic bath bomb to get you in the mood for love
We love love. Get in the mood for love – or lust – with a fun bath bomb.
There’s nothing more romantic than a steamy soak. Add in the smells of sexy time, peach, cherry blossom, and apple, and you’ll be on cloud nine. You’ll also be ready to wine, dine, and 69.
3. A card to send someone you absolutely love
Ever go to a wedding and can’t stop thinking about your own afterwards? Plaza’s post had that effect on us.
Send a card to your S.O. to let them know how much you love them if her announcement also has you making heart eyes.
Tell your partner that you really like them. Be funny and thank them for all the orgasms!
Or if you’ve already tied the knot, congratulate your partner again on marrying up and finding someone as great as you.
We hope you’re able to find something to help you cope with all the emotions from this whirlwind announcement.
We’re trying to keep it together as we keep daydreaming and adding pins to our own Pinterest wedding boards.
