Never received my order so I can’t give it any stars.
If you read all of the policies regarding shipping it seems like they are pretty aware that your order may take Ridiculously long to arrive if at all. And then they wash their hands of all of it once they turn your order over to substandard shipping sources. Frankly, I would rather pay for shipping than have an order not show up at all.
I am super disappointed as I ordered some of these cards for specific individuals/occasions that have come and gone while I wait for USPS to do their job. Just try to work with them to track it down. There’s less chance of them actually helping than there is of me ever ordering from this company again (ZERO)
Hi Lydia! No one has “washed their hands” of anything — and we certainly don’t suggest anyone’s package will take long. In fact, many of our reviews mention how fast their orders arrived (woo hoo!).
The thing is, you never contacted us directly about any problem, so we had no idea there was an issue. Unfortunately, our crystal ball was broken that day. Womp womp.

Like most businesses, we rely on USPS — the federal postal service — which sometimes operates on its own timeline. While we can’t personally drive packages to every doorstep, we always assist customers who reach out.
